Anna M. Costlow, 86, of Duncansville, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona with her family at her bedside. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Antonio and Helen L. (Zajac) DelBiondo.
She married Daniel R. Costlow on May 4, 1968, in Duncansville. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stephen L. Wagner, on Jan. 13, 1964.
Anna retired in 1995 as a machine operator at Warnaco in Altoona with 40 years of service. She also worked at J.C. Penney Co.
She was Christian.
Anna was a graduate of Altoona Area High School. She served as a volunteer at a food pantry in Claysburg.
She is survived by her husband; and four children: Debra A. (David Wayne) McManus of Altoona; Stephen M. “Mike” (Cindy) Wagner of Ashville; Theresa C. Costlow and Daniel P. Costlow, both of Smithville, Texas; seven grandchildren; Andy; Mike; Tracy; David; Sherry; Jessica; Ashley and five great-grandchildren; four siblings: Ronald J. (Hedy) DelBiondo of Hollidaysburg, Antonia D. (John) Barr of Duncansville, Marlene A. Archey of Altoona and Janice M. (Frank) Frucella of Duncansville; a sister-in-law, Nancy Wallace of Burk, Va.; and special niece, Lori Craine.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Karen DelBiondo.
A funeral service will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Jones Funeral Home, Altoona, with Chaplin Barbara J. Rossi officiating.
Committal rites will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2021, at Jones Funeral Home, Altoona.
The family requests donations to Covenant House, 550 10th Ave., New York City, NY 10018.
