Christina Flanagan

Miss Christina Louise Flangan, age 44, of Birmingham, Pa died at 2:24 AM, Sunday, August 5, 2018 at her residence, after an extended illness.

Ms. Flanagan was born in Altoona, Pa on May 24, 1974, daughter of Stephen J. and Patricia L. (Dennis) Flanagan.

She was a Director of Food Service at Grier School, Birmingham, Pa for the past 13 years.

She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church Tyrone, Pa.

Christina was a 1992 graduate of Altoona Area High School, 1996 graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and graduated from LeCordon Bleu Institue of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh. She enjoyed spending time and vacationing with her children, being with her family and friends. She found joy in cooking for others.

She is survived by 2 children Dylan J. and Ava T. both at home; Twin sisters Lisa A. (James) Blystone, of Parker, Pa and Lori A. (Darren) Ferguson, of Oakdale, Pa; a bother Stephen J. Flanagan Jr. of Altoona, Pa. Christina is also survived by 5 nieces & nephews Andrea, Alex, J.J. Haleigh and Brandon.

Frineds and family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Tyrone, Pa at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 with Fr. Christopher Lemme TOR and Fr. Ronald Osinski con-celebrating.

There will be no public visitation.
