David Baronner

Mr. David Allen Baronner,67, of Altoona, Pa died at 9:18 AM, Saturday, September 8, 2018 at his residence, after a brief illness.

Mr. Baronner was born in Altoona, Pa on July 12, 1951, son of the late Vincent S. and late Helen M. (Marzucco) Baronner. He Married Kathy E. Peachman November 3, 1070 in Altoona.

He was a Sales Representative at Lewistown Paper Company since 1997.

He was a member of Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament Altoona, Pa.

David was a 1969 graduate of Altoona Area High School and attended Northern Virginia Community College. He was a member of Buccinese club, Swiss Rifle Club, Catholic War Veterans, St. Stanislaus Kostka Brotherhood and Newburg Volunteer Fire Association. He was also a member of Gerald Spaulding Chapter of PIAA Basketball Officials, Retired PIAA Basketball and Football Official, 1996 Officiated State Football and 1998 Basketball Finals, volunteer referee for Special Olympics and coached basketball and football for McNelis Elementary School. He enjoyed spending time with his family and granddaughter, golf, Penn State and Pittsburgh Steeler football and family yearly vacations in Stone Harbor, NJ with the Kevin Canole Family.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Brandon V. (Erin) Baronner, of Bethel Park, Pa; Granddaughter Olivia Josephine Baronner; 5 siblings Ann A. Grace Durbin, of Rochester, NY; Vincent Steven (Carol) Baronner, of Rochester, NY; Frank w. (Kris) Baronner, of Altoona, Pa; Terry (Dawn) Baronner, of Virginia; and Jerry (Sheri) Baronner, of Virginia. Dave was preceeded in death by a brother Daniel.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Altoona, with Msgr. Robert C. Mazur officiating.

Committal Rites will be held at Calvary Cemetery Altoona, Pa.

Friends will be received Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Jones Funeral Home where a Vigil for the Deceased will be held during the visitation.
