David Lee Himes

David Lee Himes, age 53, of West Sunbury and Bellwood, died Thursday March 18, 2021 at his residence.  He was born June 25, 1967 in Altoona, a son of Dennis R. Himes Sr. and Betty (Hough) Himes.  Surviving are his parents; a stepmother Sue; a sister, Lori (Craig) Taylor, a brother, Dennis R. Himes Jr;, a step brother, Donny Carnell; three nephews, two nieces, four great nieces and four great nephews.  Dave was a graduate of Bellwood Antis High School who served his country in the United States Army.  He was the owner of Green Valley Nursery and Deer Tenders.  Dave was if Catholic faith who was a fun loving person who always had a smile on his face.  He will sorely missed by his sidekick Cloe, who would not leave him out of her sight.  Cloe was taught best by his Dalmatian Sadie.  Friends will be received from 1:00 til 4:00 p.m. Monday March 22, 2021 at VIncent J. Good Funeral Parlor, Bellwood, where funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. by Dwayne Coy.  Internment in Blair Memorial Park.
