Helen Hildebrand

Mrs. Helen K. Hildebrand, 91, of Altoona, Pa, died at 7:50 PM, Monday, January 6, 2020 at Guardian Elder Care after a brief illness.

Mrs. Hildebrand was born in Altoona, Pa on February 15, 1928, daughter of the late Harold Clayton and Marie Kathryn (Stimer) Williams. She married Eugene V. Hildebrand July 24, 1957 in Elkton, MD. He died February 20, 1992.

Helen retired in 2008 as Sales Clerk at Meyer Jonasson Altoona with 25 years of service. She previously retired in 1982 from William F. Gable Company with 40 years of service.

She was of the Protestant Faith.

Helen was a 1946 graduate of Altoona High School. She enjoyed her sons, her home, co-workers at Meyer Jonasson and especially her patio in the summer.

She is survived by 2 sons Leslie E. (Mary Jane) Hildebrand, Altoona, Pa; and Lynn D. Hildebrand, of Gallitzin, Pa. Helen was preceded in death by a brother Thomas Williams.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation.
