Karen Delbiondo

Miss Karen S. DelBiondo, 63, of Altoona died Friday afternoon April 3, 2015 at her residence.

She was born March 23, 1952 in Altoona, daughter of the late Antonio and Helen (Zajac) DelBiondo.

She was formerly employed as a sales clerk at Goodwill Industries of Altoona.

Miss DelBiondo graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1970 and Altoona School of Commerce in 1972.

Karen enjoyed going to church and was very active with her church family.

She is survived by 5 siblings, Ronald (wife Hedy) DelBiondo of Hollidaysburg; Anna (husband Dan) Costlow of Duncansville; Marlene Archey of Altoona; Antonia (husband John) Barr of Duncansville; and Janice (husband Frank) Frucella of Duncansville; Karen was preceded in death by a brother Anthony DelBiondo and a bother-in-law Donald Archey.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home, Altoona on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 with Pastors Ronald and Connie Khoury officiating.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Jones Funeral Home.
