Nancy J. McMahon

Nancy Jane “Nana” McMahon, 80, Altoona, passed away May 7, 2024 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring. Born May 27, 1943, Altoona, daughter of the late Ernest R. and Nancy J. (Stein) Lutz. Survived by her daughters, Dawn M. (Scott) Igoe; Carole A (Chad) McMahon-Confer, all of Altoona; Julie (Gerald) Hutchison, Hollidaysburg; 5 grandchildren, Taylor and Trevor Hutchison, Dalton, Delaney and Dylan Igoe; two great-grandchildren, Jace Igoe and Greyson Young; brother, W. Kenneth (Cheryl) Lutz; and sister, Rene C. Nungesser; and by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her two brothers, Cooney and Carl Lutz. Nancy worked at the Altoona Walmart as a cashier. She also enjoyed being a foster grandparent at the Logan Elementary School. Nancy gave one last gift as a donor with Center of Organ Recovery & Education.
