After his service to his country, Tim returned to Altoona to work in the family business of Seymore Brothers Inc. in the role of President until his retirement. He was also an active member of his local business community having served as a board member for several local businesses. On November 27, 1971, at St. Rose of Lima Church, Tim married Sharon L. Also surviving are his siblings, Gregory Seymore, married to Peale Seymore, and their children: Brian and Heather; and Jeffery Seymore, married to Marilyn Seymore, and their children: Christopher and Travis.
